"Forum" – The Attractive Supporting Program |

In small group discussions, round-tables and presentations, points of view will be elucidated, extraordinary experiences reported, controversial opinions disputed. Here, you can ask what seemed to be unclear in the main program, or what you thought did not get the attention it deserved. Immediately after their talks and seminars many of our speakers will devote time to this. Well-known consciousness researchers, drug experts, artists, contemporary witnesses and other specialists will be ready to answer your questions.
The day's program will be available for reference at the registration desk on the ground floor and at the information desk in the foyer. Program changes at short notice will be communicated via announcements. Additional information will be available at the information desk after 10.30 each morning. Slight divergences from the program are not only unavoidable, but welcome. Unlike the main program, the "Forum" offers much space for spontaneous appearances and improvisations.

The Patrons of the World Psychedelic Forum will present themselves at their own information desks.
Audio and video recordings of almost all presentations, seminars and panel discussions will be offered for sale in the foyer.
Most of the important books authored by the speakers and around the themes of the World Psychedelic Forum will be available for sale at a large bookstand.

Here you can meet numerous experts, partly active as speakers in the main program, partly as contributors specifically for this supporting program, among them:
Kevin Barron a practising visual artist for over forty years will
introduce and present his slideshow of images of his work both past
and present, and will be available for discussing how his early psychedelic experiences in the 1960s unlocked his personal doors to perception.
Carolyn Garcia presents her Ten Deep Breath Gong Bong, an easy way to alter consciousness without substances, and other methods to improve mood and mental health.
Carolyn Garcia, Cynthia Palmer, and other "SheShamans" will discuss "Past, Present and Future, and Passing the Torch", addressing psychedelics in terms of these questions: How did we get here, historically and personally, what role do psychedelics play now, and what is our responsibility to the future and the next generation.
Michael Horowitz, former co-director of the Fitz Hugh
Ludlow Memorial Library, offers tours through the L.S.D.
Library, sharing stories and anecdotes to single exhibits.
Leonard Pickard is a former drug policy fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, and a research associate in neurobiology at the division of addictions at Harvard Medical School. Since 2000, he has been incarcerated for life, pending appeal, for alleged LSD Synthesis. Jon Hanna will read his paper "International LSD Prevalence - Factors Affecting Proliferation and Control."
Therapist and modern mystic Manuel Schoch answers questions about meditative work with psychedelics.
Martin Schöne shifts between art and science, and he invites the visitors to encounter themselves, by the phenomenon of resonance, using his Brain-Avatar.
Wolf-Dieter Storl offers a walking-tour of healing plants and herbs growing within the immediate neighborhood of the Congress Center.
Daniel Sutter "DJ Electric" has collected and documented psychedelic music for more than 20 years. In various sets, he presents this style of music by means of background
information and samples of tunes from his collection of over 1 500 records.
Psychotherapist Constanze Weigle talks about the positive effects of psychedelics during pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation, and invites for an exchange of experiences.
Robin Wildt Hansen will read from L.S.Danielson’s work Land of the Nucturnal Butterfly, describing the inner journey undertaken by a spiritual seeker with the help of psychedelic substances.
Michael J. Winkelman discusses ecumenical approaches and intentional community development as avenues to psychedelic freedom of religion.

"Transmuteo" is a 30 minute animated visual feast of the beautiful inner world of French artist Jean-Luc Bozzoli living in the Pacific Islands for the past 36 years. His interpretations of the undersea world with dolphins and whales opens heart and mind to the unlimited potentials of humanity to fully awaken and thus creating the world we are dreaming of.Eric Christensen presents his movie "The Trips Festival", documenting the legendary event in San Francisco back in 1966, featuring Stewart Brand, editor of the Whole Earth Catalog, writer Ken Kesey, Bill Graham, Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead, Carolyn "Mountain Girl" Garcia, a.m.o. A historical document.
With Psychopticon Animatris II – A Continuing Tour of Altered States in Film, Jon Hanna presents the 2nd part of his unique collection of diverse clips from the 1930s through to the present showcases with hallucinatory content and inspiration in pop-culture animation. Whether induced by dreams, meditation, mental illness, alcohol, or other drugs, these psychedelic depictions of crossing liminal boundaries are frequently beautiful, often humorous, and always entertaining.
Ulrich Hennigs and Holger Gerke present "Mystic Transformations", a selection of their private psychedelic short films.
Rod Mann will introduce and present "Entheogen – Awakening the Divine Within," a feature length documentary which invites the viewer to rediscover an enchanted cosmos in the modern world by awakening to the divine within. Stan Grof, Ralph Metzner, Alex Grey, Terence McKenna, John Markoff, Daniel Pinchbeck, and Kat Harrison among others, postulate how the disenchantment of the modern world may be remedied by summoning the courage to take the next leap in the evolution of planetary consciousness.
David Normal shows the new version of his video animation "Bicycle Ride", and "Pyramid", the new one he created along with Pablo Sandoz.
Director Ben De Loenen presents his film "Ibogaine – Rite of Passage", a revealing documentary about the use of Ibogaine for the treatment of addiction and its spiritual background.
Diana Reed Slattery's research concerns linguistic phenomena in the psychedelic sphere. She is showing "Xenolinguistics", a video produced using LiveGlide, a 3-dimensional writing system for the visual language, Glide. This work is in collaboration with electronic composer, Stephan Moore.
Claude Steiner and Nadia Honarchian – trigger.ch – show their video animations, especially compiled for the World Psychedelic Forum.
